Thank you for supporting Lavish Love! We’re excited to bring you our handcrafted, luxurious products. Below are the details of our shipping process:
We will keep our current processing and shipping times in the announcement banner at the top of our site.
Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after purchase.
• During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend by a few days.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (rates calculated at checkout).
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (rates calculated at checkout).
*Lavish Love is not a large scale entity so we are required to ship perfumes with ground shipping only. If you have an order that does not include any perfumes you can use any shipping courier you would like! I don't like it, but I don't make the rules and I'm not going to jail and getting fined thousands of dollars to put perfume on an airplane! I love you guys, but I'm not going to jail for this! (yes, I am laughing)
At this time, we ship exclusively within the U.S. but look forward to expanding to more locations soon.
Local Pickup
If you’re located near Harrisonburg, VA, we offer free local pickup. Select this option at checkout, and we will contact you with further pickup instructions.
Order Changes and Cancellations
• If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us at lavishlovehelp@gmail.com or our instagram @thelavishlove_ within 1 hour of purchase. Once orders are processed, changes may not be possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
• Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost items. However, if your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, email us at lavishlovehelp@gmail.com, and we will assist in contacting the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damages or Issues
• We carefully package all orders, but if your items arrive damaged or defective, please email us at lavishlovehelp@gmail.com or message us via our instagram @thelavishlove_ within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
