Returns/Refunds
Due to the nature of Lavish Love's products we cannot conduct returns at this time. In the instance there is a confirmed issue with your order or specified product, it is possible that we will be able to issue you a refund or replacement. Lavish Love is a small, up-and-coming business so we cannot afford to eat the unnecessary costs of a returned product that will have to be destroyed, as larger companies are able to do. Every dollar that we have counts for us and it counts for you! Please take advantage of smaller sample options or bundles so you are not held to the commitment that comes with a full-size purchase. i'm not a meanie and things are bound to happen on this journey, so just let me know what's going on!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package lavishlovehelp@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

We will do our due diligence to ensure that every order is correctly packaged and up to our quality standards, but we are human so if any error occurs please reach out to us!
